RETTmobil 2023 is the international rescue show, which is very popular among paramedics and rescuers.

It is worth mentioning the fact that the first fair was held in 2001.

So more than twenty years have passed since the fair in Fulda developed to fully fledged rescue fairs.

Firstly, over the years, the cells hosted more than 500 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors from Germany and other countries.

Secondly, the success of RETTmobil comes from focusing on the special equipment including vehicles and the modern technique.

Also, you may find there the newest protective and hygienic equipment including clothing.

The fair is addressing the needs of the fire brigades, rescue, fire protection and civil defense forces.

Therefore, if you are in Fulda, you would have the unique opportunity to obtain information directly from professionals.

Concluding, we emphasize that professionals are of the opinion that the RETTmobil is almost obligatory for everyone dealing with rescue.

Combat proven lighting

Summarizing, we recommend VIKING lighting because it is 'combat proven'.

Therefore, we can say so because it has been used in real-life action on low ground, strong winds and snowstorms.

It is known and operated by many dependent services and civil defense that use it in situations.

Although users come from different countries on several continents, but most commonly it used in Sweden, Germany, Japan and France in natural disasters.

In addition, the area of the construction events were illuminated. For example the structure collapses, and similar disasters where intervention of auxiliary services was necessary.

Due to its efficiency, we recommend VIKING Lighting L220 LED with battery backup for use of the rescuers.

The reason behind is that it is especially useful for use in field applications and in medical tents.

    INTERSCHUTZ Come and meet us!

What's special about the Interschutz?

VIKING LIGHTING as a manufacturer of lighting for rescue services invites you to the INTERSCHUTZ-2022. INTERSCHUTZ is the world’s leading trade fair for fire and rescue services, civil protection, safety, and security. Therefore, it is a magnet for companies from all around the world seeking to develop new markets for their solutions. Firstly, it’s also the go-to show for pros wanting to learn about the latest innovations. Secondly, the visitors and exhibitors can share their expertise with their international peers. Importantly, INTERSCHUTZ is in a class of its own internationally when it comes to the quality and number of visitors and exhibitors it attracts. The previous edition of Interschutz has gathered some 150,000 visitors mostly from Germany. On the other hand, INTERSCHUTZ is very much a business event. However, in fact, it’s a well-known event for the world’s providers of fire and rescue services, civil protection, and safety and security solutions. Because of that, anyone who wants to learn about the latest developments of products, including lighting for rescue services is heading to Hannover for INTERSCHUTZ in June.

What's new from VIKING LIGHTING for the rescue teams?

So, VIKING LIGHTING is very excited to participate in the Interschutz exhibition for the first time. Our lighting product for rescue services is the model VIKING LIGHTING L230 LED IP54 Motion Sensor, Plug,  and Socket of Unischuko style are also in IP54. https://vikinglighting.com/language/en/produkt/led-lighting-with-motion-sensor-type-l230/   [caption id="attachment_2390" align="aligncenter" width="300"]VIKING Lighting IP54 LED Motion Sensor VIKING Lighting IP54 LED Motion Sensor[/caption] This VIKING LIGHTING is equipped with a motion sensor that is sensitive to movements in the darkness. For instance, we strongly recommend it as a standard-issue lighting product dedicated to rescuing teams for use on disaster sites or field medical points. For example, lighting can be mounted on a container shelter, so the light switches on when the person is approaching. VIKING LIGHTING has been tested in high and low temperatures resistant –VIKING LIGHTING with an LED light source. Therefore, it can efficiently work in temperatures from minus 30°C to plus 50°C. The lighting is made in a rugged aluminum case with end-pieces of shock-absorbing SBS. Typically, we offer lamps with motion sensors in the IP54 class. However, a higher class is also feasible. The lighting can be used outdoors because humidity and water are splashproof, hit-, damage-, and vibration-resistant. Summing up -all those features make the lighting durable.
Additional features
An oil-proof cable of 10 meters in length makes the VIKING Lighting® flexible to use outdoors and indoors. Please note that VIKING LIGHTING can be used efficiently indoors because of its low heat emission. We secure your comfort of work with no glaring lighting. Moreover, there is a possibility of a daisy chain. As a result, one can easily connect several VIKING LIGHTING that may be linked together with an extra socket.

For whom do we make VIKING LIGHTING?

VIKING LIGHTING has been invented in Sweden in 1989. Later, Teknoprod AB is the lighting manufacturer. Since then, our lighting is commonly used by civil and defense users in Sweden. Our lighting equipment and accessories are dedicated to professional users who work in rough conditions. Therefore, VIKING LIGHTING is a perfect solution for the rescue and civil defense sector, warehouses, civil and military tents, shelters, workshops, and the construction industry for example equipment rental companies. As a result of the success in the Nordics, VIKING LIGHTING has become popular in other countries in the world. Especially where the type of work requires bright light and working conditions are extreme. Usually, the VIKING Lighting brand is associated with tent lighting. In addition, since we are the lighting manufacturer, we can introduce modifications and changes required by the user. Consequently, our lighting for rescue services can be customized according to the specification of the customer.

research on LED lamps

Lichen conference

On November 28 and 29, 2019, Teknoprod AB participated in

the XII Conference on Repair and Maintenance Issues in Energy Sector.

The conference was held in Licheń, Poland.

More information in the link: https://www.kierunekenergetyka.pl/konferencja,2098,61715.html

During the event, several topics related to maintenance prevailed. Several repair solutions were presented.

Moreover, diagnostics of electromechanical systems, control systems, and supervision of the energy production process were discussed.

Our representatives have presented the results of the recent research on LED lamps sources of light run by the Teknoprod Group.

The typical product for repair is the compact lighting L212 https://vikinglighting.com/en/produkt/viking-l21224v-acdc/

What is the source of light for LED?
Compared with conventional light sources that first convert electrical energy into heat, and then into light, LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) convert electrical energy directly into light, delivering efficient light generation with little-wasted electricity. In recent years, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) light sources have become widely used. As the analysis shows, in most drivers used to control LEDs in LED lighting devices, there is no compensation for changes in the light parameters of LEDs or LED matrices when the temperature regime of their operation changes, although temperature significantly affects the electrical and light parameters of LEDs.
How do LEDs work physics?
A light-emitting diode (LED) is a semiconductor device that emits light when an electric current flows through it. When current passes through an LED, the electrons recombine with holes emitting light in the process. LEDs produce different colors by using various materials which produce photons at different wavelengths. Those individual wavelengths appear as light of different colors. LEDs use materials that can handle the necessary levels of electricity, heat, and humidity.
Our R&D
At the Teknoprod Group we invest in research and development of the lighting products. Our focus is research on LED lamps. There are ongoing projects leading to improvement of the LED lamps lead by our experienced engineers.

For the LEDs light source until November 2019 we run research on the:

  • high-efficiency light sources
  • improving lighting quality and energy efficiency
  • luminous efficiency above 100 lm/W
  • replacing traditional light sources
  • weight and size reduction
The future projects will base on the results of the research on LED presented during the conference for the energy sector. The venue of the conference allowed to discuss the issues vital for the key players in the Polish energy sector.
