AQAP certificate 2110:2016

The Teknoprod Group has been certified for AQAP since 2020. AQAP is the Allied Quality Assurance Publication, which defines standards for quality assurance systems developed by NATO.

The AQAP agreement aims to define standards for the Quality Assurance of defense products. These standards are integral to contracts awarded in the military involving NATO member countries. AQAP documents are, therefore, important to contractors and companies wanting to bid for such contracts.

The AQAP system is described in Standardization Agreement 4107 issued by the NATO Standardization Agency.[3] There are currently two main types of AQAP documents: “Contractual Type,” written as a Technical Specification intended for contractual use, and “Guidance Type,” which provides general guidance.

Certification in place

We are proud to inform you that we have been certified for AQAP certificate 2110:2016. There is the following scope of activities:

  • design,
  • production,
  • sale of lamps and components.

It is neccessary to mention that the AQAP certificate is based on ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2015 and supersedes AQAPs 2110:2009, 2120:2009, and 2130:2009 (each in its third version).

On top of that, being a manufacturer, we are compliant with the ISO standards, too. Coming from that, we fulfill quality standards such as:

  • Ul-Plant File.
